Tral, 01/02/2024:In response to overnight snowfall in the Sub District Tral, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mr. Sajid Yehaya Naqash conducted a thorough tour of various areas around Tral and Aripal. The visit aimed to inspect snow clearance operations and assess arrangements in place to address challenges arising from the prevailing weather conditions.Mr. Sajid Yehaya Naqash visited key locations, including Sub District Hospital Tral, PHE Sub Division Tral, Receiving Station Tral Payeen/Lurgam, Tehsil Office Aripal, Rural Development Office Aripal, PHC Aripal, Khankah Faiz Tral, Aabghar Market, Bus Stand Tral, Dharul Uloom Tral, and surrounding areas. He took stock of ongoing snow clearance operations to ensure hassle-free movement of ambulances and traffic, while also monitoring Power and Water Supplies.During the visit, the Additional Deputy Commissioner inspected lanes and bylanes of Tral town, ensuring that essential supplies such as ration and LPG cylinders were in place. Departments like PMGSY, R&B, and Municipal Committee Tral were actively engaged in snow clearance, while KPDCL/STD were working on restoring power supply in Sub District Tral.Mr. Sajid Yehaya Naqash directed officers to address any disruptions promptly, underscoring the importance of swift action in ensuring the well-being of the residents during adverse weather conditions.
