BuzzBytes 27 March 2024:Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting & Sports and Youth Affairs, Shri Anurag Singh Thakur, visited Jammu and Kashmir today, engaging in various activities during his stay in Udhampur. Participating in a bike rally and attending an organizational meeting at the BJP office, Shri Anurag Thakur also visited IIM Jammu and participated in the Vikas Bharat Ambassador program at the Radisson Blu Hotel.Drawing a parallel between RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav and Arvind Kejriwal, Shri Anurag Thakur highlighted Kejriwal’s alleged pursuit of power amidst corruption allegations. He pointed out that similar to how Rabri Devi assumed Lalu Yadav’s position during the fodder scam, Kejriwal’s ambition for the CM position persists despite his entanglement in corruption allegations, with his Aam Aadmi Party deeply involved. Despite being in jail, Kejriwal’s aspirations remain firm, with corruption allegations mounting against him.Shri Anurag Thakur criticized CM Mamata Banerjee for failing to protect women in her state and accused her of offering protection to corrupt individuals and rapists.Regarding Kejriwal’s past stance against corruption, Shri Anurag Thakur remarked, “Arvind Kejriwal used to claim he was against corruption and vowed not to enter politics. However, he and his party are now mired in corruption. Despite staging protests against the Congress, Kejriwal and his party are now deeply involved in corruption, with Kejriwal himself embroiled in corruption allegations and behind bars.”Turning his attention to the Congress, Shri Anurag Thakur questioned their alignment with Kejriwal’s corruption, emphasizing the need for introspection within the party. He questioned the sudden change in the Congress’s stance and criticized their support for someone who has broken corruption records. He called for accountability within the Congress and questioned their perception of Kejriwal’s innocence
