In a stern warning, Cdr Pir Panjal Brigade PMS Dhillon has asserted that Pakistan’s nefarious objective is to instigate a drug epidemic in Kashmir, transforming it into a state plagued by substance abuse. Addressing the public during the inauguration of a computer lab in Uri, North Kashmir, Dhillon urged unity against both the drug menace and terrorism.
Dhillon revealed Pakistan’s strategy of sourcing drugs inexpensively from Afghanistan, selling them at a premium in Kashmir. He emphasized the grave repercussions of this tactic on Jammu and Kashmir, stating that it not only harms individuals but jeopardizes the region’s overall well-being.
Expressing concern, Dhillon disclosed Pakistan’s broader plan to spread drugs across India, commencing from Kashmir. Shockingly, he unveiled that terrorists have been assigned the ominous task of smuggling drugs instead of weapons, posing a dual threat to the region.
Highlighting the significance of education in combating this menace, Dhillon stressed the need to guide children toward making informed choices for a secure and prosperous future. The revelation adds a new dimension to the challenges faced by Kashmir and underscores the urgency of collective action against these detrimental forces.
