In a proactive move, the District Administration of Pulwama, led by Deputy Commissioner Dr. Basharat Qayoom (IAS), convened a crucial preparatory meeting at Circuit House Pulwama for the upcoming JKSSRB Panchayat Secretary Examination.
Deputy Commissioner Qayoom conducted a thorough review of examination arrangements across institutions, emphasizing fairness and transparency. He stressed the significance of institution-wise analysis, leaving no room for leniency, and called for micro-level scrutiny by Heads of Institutions.
Key points of discussion included the provision of essential facilities such as sanitation, drinking water, heating, and seating to create a comfortable environment for examinees. Deputy Commissioner Qayoom underscored the importance of seamless coordination among all stakeholders involved in the examination process for meticulous planning and execution.
The meeting, attended by crucial stakeholders including ADDC Pulwama, SSP Pulwama, ADC Pulwama, ADC Awantipora, ACR Pulwama, SSB officials, District officers, Tehsildars, and Heads of educational institutions, highlighted the collaborative efforts to ensure the success of the examination process.
