Srinagar, 21st November: Dr. Farooq Abdullah, the President of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference and the Member of Parliament from Srinagar, expressed deep sorrow on Tuesday following the demise of the wife of late Molvi Ali Muhammad Jan, the uncle of Mirwaiz Moulana Umar Farooq.
Dr. Abdullah conveyed his heartfelt condolences and prayers for the departed soul to find peace in the highest realms of Jannat. He also extended heartfelt strength and support to the bereaved Mirwaiz household during this time of loss.
Alongside Dr. Abdullah, other prominent figures from the party, including Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional General Secretary Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Treasurer Shammi Oberoi, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq, and senior leaders Mubarak Gul, Mian Altaf Ahmad, Irfan Shah, District President Srinagar Peer Afaq, and YNC Provincial President Salman Ali Sagar, also expressed profound sympathies and condolences to the bereaved Mirwaiz Household.
