Visionaries like Hippocrates, Galen, Plato, and Aristotle laid the foundations of modern medicine, connecting ethics, philosophy, and scientific inquiry. Their contributions have shaped our understanding of the human body and set the stage for the rapid advancements in medical science we witness today.

In our current era, doctors continue to be pivotal in society, serving as lifesavers and guiding us through health challenges that require their specialized knowledge and care. This should be carried out with respect and without causing injury to anyone’s honor. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) emphasized that “The best of people are those that bring the most benefit to the rest of mankind.”

Dr. Parvaiz Sajad Shah, a distinguished medical professional from Quil Muqam in Bandipora, Jammu and Kashmir, embodies these principles. Born on January 15, 1969, Dr. Shah’s journey in medicine began with academic excellence at local schools and flourished with his MBBS degree from Govt Medical College Srinagar. He further specialized in internal medicine, earning an MD from Sheri Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura.

Following his post-graduation, Dr. Shah dedicated himself to serving humanity, starting his career at SKIMS Soura. He later became a Senior Consultant in Medicine at District Hospital Bandipora, where his commitment, humility, and outstanding character won the hearts of the local community. His unwavering passion for serving the people of Bandipora has earned him immense respect and admiration throughout the district.
