ANANTNAG, JANUARY 16, 2024:* The Fruit Association Jablipora Bijebhara, led by its President Ghulam Hassan Nangroo, engaged in a productive meeting with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to discuss the operational aspects of Jablipora Fruit Mandi and address the concerns of fruit growers.During the meeting, the association presented a set of demands, including the permanent allotment of shuds, the continued operation of Jablipora Fruit Mandi, the construction of a Transport Yard, establishment of a Cold Storage facility, and improved banking facilities for the fruit growers.Expressing gratitude, the Association acknowledged LG Manoj Sinha’s patient listening and appreciated the assurance of timely redressal for all genuine issues raised. The meeting underscored a collaborative effort between the fruit growers and the administration to enhance infrastructure and support for the horticulture sector.
