It is with deep sadness that we report a tragic incident in Rajwar area of Handwara. Today, a 3-year-old boy, Burhan Ahmad, became the victim of a leopard attack right outside his home.
Despite the valiant efforts of his family and villagers, the young boy sustained critical injuries. He was rushed to a nearby health facility, but tragically, he couldn’t be saved.
This incident sheds light on the urgent need for measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Burhan’s family during this incredibly difficult time.
