Srinagar, Dec 11 (BuzzBytes): In a recent statement, the Jammu and Kashmir Police has categorically refuted circulating social media rumors, specifically dispelling claims of arrest orders related to court proceedings on Article 370.
The police clarified, “There are no orders to effect any kind of arrest, and certainly not connected with court proceedings, including on Article 370 by the apex court.” Contrary to the speculations, they assure that normal life remains unhindered.
The statement emphasized, “Examinations proceed as scheduled, businesses are open, and transport is operating without restrictions.” The police, while remaining vigilant against potential disruptions, affirm that there is no intention or instruction to curtail the freedom of movement and activities of the common man.
“People are urged to go about their lives and not get hassled or intimidated by social media posts contrary to this,” the statement added, encouraging the public to rely on official information and maintain a sense of normalcy amidst the misinformation circulating on social platforms.
