In a strategic move to stay abreast of the dynamic digital landscape, Baldev Prakash, MD & CEO, J&K Bank, inaugurated the groundbreaking Visa-powered Global Debit and Credit Card at the corporate headquarters. Simultaneously, he announced substantial upgrades to the features of the mobile banking app – mPay Delight Plus.

The launching event witnessed the unveiling of the Bank’s e-office Suite 2.0, a bold step towards fostering paperless office operations. Attended by General Managers, Divisional and Zonal Heads via video link, the event drew participation from numerous senior officials of the bank.
Lauding the relentless efforts of the Bank’s management and workforce to enhance customer experience through digital innovation, MD & CEO Prakash expressed his satisfaction with the evolution of their digital offerings. “Our digital services are not only competitive in features and pricing but also stand out in terms of delivery and customer experience. It’s crucial for us to leverage these enhanced services to elevate customer service delivery, especially on digital platforms,” he emphasized.
Highlighting the significance of the upgraded ‘Bank in pocket’ mobile application, mPay Delight+, Prakash stated, “The addition of enhanced features is a welcome response to our customers’ demands since its recent launch.”
Addressing the audience, General Manager (Strategy & IT) Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat outlined the Bank’s recent strides in improving its digital infrastructure. He reiterated the Bank’s commitment to expanding and upgrading its digital products in alignment with technological advancements.
Deputy General Manager (IT & BPR) Mohammad Muzaffar Wani provided insights into the salient features of these new digital solutions, marking a milestone in J&K Bank’s journey toward digital excellence.
