The ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, led by DC Ramban Baseer-Ul-Haq Choudhary, reached another milestone with active participation from key officials, including PO ICDS Ramban Jahangir Hashmi, SDM Banihal Zaheer Abbas Bhat, and Tehsildar Banihal. The Yatra, resonating with the vision of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, focuses on education, health, connectivity, electricity, and livelihood, aiming for 24X7 accessibility across the district.
Addressing the audience at Nowgam, PO ICDS Ramban, Mr. Jahangir Hashmi, emphasized the profound impact of centrally sponsored schemes aligned with the Prime Minister’s initiatives. The inclusive vision of DC Ramban encompasses crucial sectors, fostering awareness and commitment to reaching every corner of the district.
Under DC Ramban’s leadership, the district administration actively engages with citizens during the Yatra, creating awareness about vital government schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, Poshan Abhiyaan, KCC, PM Kissan Nidhi, and more. On-spot reviews of service delivery and interaction with frontline officials highlight the commitment to effective governance.
The IEC Van’s journey witnessed enthusiastic participation from the community, including PRIs and prominent individuals. The ‘Meri Kahani Meri Zubani’ session allowed existing beneficiaries to share detailed experiences, fostering a deeper understanding and widespread utilization of beneficiary-centric schemes.
