In a somber event, the wife of Syed Ali Hamdani, residing at Hassan Abad Rainawari, Srinagar, breathed her last on Sunday after a short illness. The deceased, who held familial ties with prominent figures, including President of Jammu and Kashmir Shia Association Molvi Imran Raza Ansari, was also the mother-in-law of Dr. Wajid Ali and the paternal aunty of Joint Commissioner SMC, Syed Abul Qasim Hamdani.
Condolences and Participation in Nimaz-e-Jinaza:
Notable political figures, including JKPC President Mr. Sajad Lone, Senior JKPC Leader Mr. Abid Ansari, YJKPC President Mr. Mudasir Karim, and Political Secretary to PC President Mr. Tasaduq Yaseen, joined the Nimaz-e-Jinaza, led by Aga Syed Abid Hussain Hussaini Hamdani. The attendees offered their condolences to the grieving family.
The deceased was laid to rest at her ancestral graveyard in Hassan Abad Rainawari, Srinagar, surrounded by the solemnity of the ancestral resting place.
She is survived by her children, including Syed Altaf Hamdani, Syed Maqbool Hamdani, Syed Sarwar Hamdani, Syed Iqbal Hamdani, and two daughters. The departed was also the mother-in-law of the late Molvi Iftikhar Hussain Ansari.
