Senior officers, including Additional Deputy Commissioner Harbans Lal, ACR Giasul-Haq, SDMs, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, and other officials, actively participated in the session.DC Chaudhary directed Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars to maintain a vigilant stance on current affairs within their jurisdictions, emphasizing prompt responses to incidents and real-time reporting. Regular field visits and tour diaries were mandated for SDMs and Tehsildars to ensure proactive governance.Specific directives were given to Tehsildar Ramban to oversee the proper functioning of the Naib Tehsildar Office in Panchayat Dhandrath. Addressing Revenue Court Cases, DC Chaudhary urged officers to expedite case disposal for timely issue resolution. The issuance of Land Passbooks to landowners was highlighted to enhance access to online services provided by the Revenue Department.Taking stock of encroachments on State land, Kahcharai, and Common land, DC Chaudhary directed Tehsildars to reclaim encroached land and compile data for formulating a comprehensive land bank. A report on state land alongside NH-44 from Nashri to Banihal was also requested.To streamline revenue-related processes, DC Chaudhary instructed officers to maintain both physical and digital records, ensuring the timely submission of revenue reports. Revenue camps for on-the-spot checks, attestation of inheritance, and other mutations were recommended by Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars. Compliance with summonses issued by Revenue courts was also emphasized for effective governance.
