Srinagar, Jan 23:The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar expressed deep sorrow and condolences on the sudden demise of Samridhi Gupta, a 7th Semester student of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department. Samridhi, hailing from Bakshi Nagar area of Jammu, was in her final year and passed away due to cardiac arrest on Monday.Prof. A. Ravinder Nath, Director NIT Srinagar, conveyed his profound grief and offered prayers for peace and mercy for Samridhi’s departed soul. He extended heartfelt condolences to the grieving family and expressed solidarity during this difficult time.”In this moment of grief, may the family find the strength to cope. The entire ECE department and Samridhi’s classmates are profoundly saddened by the loss.
