Rather than falling into a cycle of accusations or blame, it would be more constructive to foster collaboration. It’s neither possible nor practical to overhaul the entire workforce. These employees form the backbone of the administration, and the government must work with them, not against them. Accusations serve no purpose; instead, encouraging motivation and fostering a culture of mutual respect will benefit all.
The Chief Minister has shown a dedication to utilizing the full potential of the existing workforce, recognizing that they possess invaluable experience and institutional knowledge. Leveraging this experience will not only help achieve the administration’s objectives but also ensure smoother governance.
