Kulgam, November 16: Ahead of the impending JKSSB OMR-based written examination for Panchayat Secretary, a comprehensive meeting convened under the stewardship of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kulgam at the mini-secretariat Kulgam.
The meeting initiated deliberations on meticulous arrangements required for the smooth execution of the forthcoming SSB examination across the district, encompassing 35 designated examination centers.
Various essential facets were scrutinized during the session. The Motor Vehicle Department received directives to ensure organized traffic management around the examination venues. Additionally, provisions for drinking water, heating facilities, power supply, seating arrangements, and security protocols were meticulously reviewed.
It was decided during the meeting to enforce Section 144 Crpc in the vicinity of the examination centers to ensure a conducive and secure environment.
Emphasizing seamless collaboration among all stakeholders, the ADC underscored the paramount importance of concerted efforts to ensure the successful and hassle-free conduct of the examinations across all designated centers.
The meeting witnessed the presence of several key officials, including PO ICDS, Abdul Rasheed; ACR Mir Imtiyaz-ul-Aziz; CEO, DIO, ARTO, ALC, along with other Heads of Institutions and Principals, signifying collective efforts aimed at facilitating a smooth examination process.
