In a somber incident, a Special Police Officer (SPO) identified as Mehraj-ud-din Lone, son of Abdul Aziz Lone and resident of Chatibanday Bandipora, lost his life after suffering a heart attack on Monday night in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
According to reports from official sources, the unfortunate event unfolded when SPO Mehraj-ud-din Lone experienced a heart attack. Swift action was taken, and he was promptly transported to DH Bandipora for medical attention. Despite the immediate efforts of medical professionals, the doctors at DH Bandipora ultimately declared him deceased.
The untimely demise of SPO Mehraj-ud-din Lone has cast a pall of grief over the community and the Jammu and Kashmir Police fraternity. Colleagues and community members mourn the loss of a dedicated officer known for his service.
