Ganderbal, Dec 15 – Noted Campaigner, Social Reformer, and Motivational Speaker Bilal Bhat has urgently called upon the Government of J&K to intervene in the denial by the JK Board to accept examination forms from 10th-grade students in private institutions. Approximately two lakh students enrolled in such institutions, situated on state land, are at risk of jeopardizing their academic future.

Bhat emphasized the untenable situation created by the JK Board’s refusal and pointed to the clear directives of the J&K High Court, urging the release of Registration Returns forms (RRFs) in favor of petitioner schools. These directives align with practices preceding the controversial SO 177 issued on April 15, 2022.
“At this juncture, we should not put the future of two lakh students at stake. The students should be allowed to appear in exams, and later, the government can decide about the fate of these private schools,” said Bilal Bhat, urging J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to personally intervene.
The urgency of the matter is underscored by the upcoming examinations, prompting Bhat to call for immediate government action to secure the students’ interests. The appeal stands as a plea for timely resolution and protection of the academic pursuits of the affected students in J&K.
