Srinagar, Kashmir: Ashok Koul, General Secretary (Org.) of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, took charge of addressing pivotal meetings involving the party’s Morchas and Shakti Kendra Pramukhs in Srinagar.
At Residency Road, Church Lane, Koul conducted a comprehensive review meeting with various BJP Morchas, engaging office bearers from BJP ST Morcha, OBC Morcha, Kissan Morcha, and Minority Morcha. Prominent figures such as Prabhari Minority Morcha Sheikh Bashir, President ST Morcha Roshan Choudhary, OBC State General Secretary Sajjad Kumar Hussain, Minority Morcha State General Secretary Imtiaz Ahmed, and Kissan Morcha leaders Dr. Amin Bhat, Javed Ahmed Mir, and Nazir Ahmed were among the attendees.
Koul then presided over another significant meeting with Shakti Kendra Pramukhs of the Srinagar district at SMC Park, Jawahar Nagar. Accompanying him were former MLC Surinder Ambardar, district President Srinagar Ashok Bhat, Arif Raja, Gayoor, and other key party leaders.
During his interactions with the Morcha leaders, Koul emphasized their vital role in ensuring the effective dissemination of public welfare schemes. He underscored that the Morchas serve as a crucial link between diverse communities and the party, projecting community aspirations while advocating the party’s ideologies. Koul highlighted the Modi government’s policies aimed at empowering communities situated at the grassroots and urged Morcha leaders to facilitate the intended population in benefiting from these policies. He urged them to familiarize themselves with the social welfare schemes of the Modi government, educate the masses, and aid them in accessing these benefits.
In the meeting with Shakti Kendra Pramukhs, Koul urged them to intensify their grassroots outreach, particularly in preparation for the upcoming Parliament elections. He urged them to bolster their understanding of the schemes, policies, and achievements of the Modi government while actively engaging with the public within their respective areas of influence.
