BuzzBytes Srinagar, Nov 22, 2023: The Government has officially appointed Atul Dulloo, a seasoned 1989 batch IAS officer, as the upcoming Chief Secretary for Jammu and Kashmir. Dulloo, who was serving as the Secretary of the Department of Border Management at the Centre, is slated to assume the crucial role, succeeding Arun Kumar Mehta, who is due to retire by the end of this month.
