The Bar Association of Shopian District held its annual elections at the Court Complex Shopian, resulting in the election of Senior Advocate Gowhar Hussain Wani as President.
Advocate Gowhar Hussain Wani, Advocate Parvaiz Ahmad Malik as Vice President, Advocate Habeel Iqbal as General Secretary, and Advocate Basharat Abdullah as Treasurer were elected unopposed in the elections held at Court Complex Shopian.
Expressing gratitude to the voters for their support, Advocate Gowhar Hussain Wani outlined the Bar Association’s commitment to the overall development of the legal community. He emphasized working towards upholding the dignity and respect of lawyers, assuring active involvement in addressing their issues.
The elections were conducted by the Election Authority of Bar Association Shopian, which subsequently announced the election results.
