Reasi, Jammu and Kashmir, October 3, 2023* – Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu and Kashmir General Secretary, Vibodh Gupta, delivered a resounding address today, commending the significant progress witnessed in the Union Territory following the abrogation of Article 370 and 35 A. Gupta emphasized the transformative reforms that have touched upon infrastructure, tourism, economy, education, and health sectors.
The BJP leader highlighted numerous ongoing development projects, including the construction of highways, circular roads, and tunnels, as well as the establishment of prestigious national educational institutions like IIM, IIT, and IIMC. Gupta stressed the commitment to ensuring equitable progress for all sections of society, including SCs and STs, and the provision of health benefits under Ayushman Bharat.
Gupta proudly declared, “Over 770,000 young individuals have benefited from the administration’s self-employment schemes, receiving entrepreneurial training to kickstart their own businesses. Additionally, the Union Territory has emerged as the tourism capital of India due to remarkable advancements in connectivity and infrastructure development.”
In a show of unwavering support, Vibodh Gupta asserted that the opposition’s efforts to stall development in the Union Territory will not succeed, as the BJP stands firmly with the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He warned that those attempting to obstruct progress “will be completely wiped out.”
Arvind Gupta, BJP Reasi Prabhari, echoed the commitment of the BJP government to the welfare and prosperity of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, focusing on infrastructure, governance, and socio-economic development.
Rohit Dubey, BJP District President, urged party leaders to facilitate grassroots-level interactions with the public to ensure the benefits of government-sponsored schemes reach everyone, countering false narratives propagated by the opposition.
