Srinagar, October 22: The Counter-Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) conducted searches in six districts of Kashmir on Tuesday morning and claimed to have busted a recruitment module of Terrorists.
Official source said that CIK raided cross multiple locations in six districts of Jammu and Kashmir, including Srinagar, Ganderbal, Bandipora, Kulgam, Budgam, Anantnag, and Pulwama on Tuesday morning.
He said the operation led to the busting of a recruitment module run by a newly floated terrorist group, ‘Tehreek Labaik Ya Muslim’ (TLM), an offshoot of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
The group, headed by a Pakistani terrorist handler known as Baba Hamas, is believed to be involved in recruiting youth for terrorist activities. The details of the operation are still emerging, with more information expected to follow as investigations progress
