Kupwara, Jan 22:The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) and the Department of Handicrafts & Handloom jointly organized a one-day Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme at the Town Hall Kupwara. Ms. Ayushi Sudan, IAS, the Deputy Commissioner of Kupwara, presided over the event as the Chief Guest.A significant turnout of women from the district participated in the program. Ms. Sudan emphasized the importance of involving interested women in various government schemes and encouraged them to actively take advantage of these opportunities. The Deputy Commissioner also urged relevant departments to engage with the participants to facilitate their access to government initiatives.The camp witnessed the presence of the Assistant Director of Handicrafts, Kupwara, and the Assistant Director of MSME, along with other department members. Speakers at the event highlighted different platforms and departmental initiatives to enhance the information and awareness of the participants.
