Services Authority (DLSA) Samba, under the guidance of Principal District and Sessions Judge Adnan Sayeed, organized a Legal awareness program on “The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015” at Shri Raghunath Sanskrit Vidyalaya Birpur, Bari Brahmana.Chairman of Child Welfare Committee Samba, Neemesha Rajput, and Priyanka Gupta, Legal cum Probationary Officer, served as speakers, sharing their insights on the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.Secretary of District Legal Services Authority, Samba, Rekha Kapoor Nischal, also addressed the participants, encouraging students to strive for excellence and become responsible citizens.The program aimed to educate students on essential topics related to the rights and protection of children, categories of children (Child in Conflict with Law, Child in need of Care and Protection, and Child in contact with Law), and the roles of the Juvenile Justice Board and Child Welfare Committee.The DLSA Secretary interacted with students, addressing their queries during the program. The event was attended by students, faculty members of Shri Raghunath Sanskrit Vidyalaya Birpur, Bari Brahmana, Samba, and Para Legal Volunteers of District Legal Services Authority Samba.
