JAMMU: Senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister, Kavinder Gupta, praised the Interim Budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, giving it a perfect score and considering it a milestone step towards realizing India as a $5 trillion economy.In a statement to the media, Kavinder Gupta highlighted the budget’s fiscal metrics, describing them as notably promising and effective in countering poverty. He expressed confidence that the budget’s outlined steps would contribute to proactive inflation management, keeping inflation within a manageable range.Gupta emphasized that the budget is a potent tool to empower various sections of society, including the poor, women, youth, and the downtrodden.
