In a significant rendezvous, a high-profile delegation of the Jammu and Kashmir Employees Coordination Committee (JKECC), led by President Shah Fayaz, met the newly appointed Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory, Shri Atal Dulloo (IAS), in Srinagar. Shah Fayaz extended a heartfelt welcome to the Chief Secretary on his inaugural visit to Kashmir.
During the meeting, Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo assured the delegation that the genuine issues and grievances of the employee fraternity would be promptly addressed and prioritized. President Shah Fayaz highlighted the pivotal role of the organization in addressing socio-cultural concerns such as drug abuse and environmental pollution. He emphasized the organization’s commitment to social responsibility, including organizing blood donation camps.
The Chief Secretary commended the organization’s efforts in contributing to noble causes for societal betterment and eradicating social evils. He urged the delegates to persist in such initiatives for the greater good of society and the future generations.
Following the meeting with Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, the delegation engaged with Director JJM Dr. G N Yatoo (KAS) and Special Secretary School Education Shri Naseer Ahmad Wani (KAS) to discuss and seek resolutions for various issues within their respective departments.
The delegation comprised key figures, including Gen Sec JKTA Hatim Qayoom, Chief Spokesperson JKECC Pir Nisar, Chief Organiser JKECC and JKTA Mir Imtiyaz, Vice Provincial President JKECC Farooq Ahmad Bhat, Provincial President JKTA Nisar Dar, Chief Spokesperson JKTA Aijaz Ahmad Dar, President Vocational Trainers Association Gh Jeelani, President Class IV MTS Employees Association Nazir Ahmad, and other distinguished members.
The meeting marks a significant step in fostering collaboration between the employee community and the administration, promising a constructive path forward for the well-being of both employees and the society at large.
