New Delhi, December 29: The Supreme Court Collegium has put forth recommendations for the appointment of Chief Justices for five High Courts across India.
The Collegium, led by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud and accompanied by Justices Sanjeev Khanna and BR Gavai, made these decisions on December 27. The details of these resolutions have been made available to the public through the official website.
Specifically, Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava, currently serving as a judge at the Rajasthan High Court, has been recommended for elevation as the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court.
