In the aftermath of yesterday’s security breach at Parliament, the four individuals apprehended, including Sagar Sharma and D Manoranjan, who deployed yellow smoke canisters within the Lok Sabha, and Neelam Devi and Amol Shinde, responsible for detonating red and yellow canisters outside the premises, are now facing charges under the anti-terror law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). They are slated to appear in court today, where legal proceedings will unfold to address their alleged violations of both the UAPA and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.
