In a breakthrough development, Hazik Hassan Ahanger, a 12th-grade student hailing from the Gulabagh region of Srinagar, has crafted a groundbreaking robotic arm that functions based on head movements.
From an early age, Hazik exhibited a deep-seated interest in engineering and electronics. “My fascination with robotics and mechatronics began in the 10th grade. Witnessing the capabilities of existing bionic arms further fueled my passion,” he remarked. He further elaborated, “My goal was to design a distinctive bionic arm that not only outperforms existing models but is also affordable, aiming to assist financially constrained individuals with disabilities.”
