Pakistan is a perfect example of how the terror and extremism that you sow bites your own people. The monster has gone out of control. Daily bombings of Pakistan are back. The ghost of terror is wreaking havoc in Pakistan but it is unfortunate to note that many innocents, especially civilians, are bearing the brunt of all this.In yet another horrendous attack, over 40 persons were killed and more than 200 injured in an explosion during a party convention of Jamiat Ulema-e- Islam party in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This is one of the goriest attacks in Pakistan in recent times. The scenes were tragically full of blood. Some years ago, Pakistan saw one of the deadliest school massacres due to terrorism. On 16 December 2014, six gunmen affiliated with the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) conducted a terrorist attack on the Army Public School in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar. The terrorists, all of whom were foreign nationals, comprising one Chechen, three Arabs and two Afghans, entered the school and opened fire on school staff and children, killing 149 people including 132 school children ranging between eight and eighteen years of age, making it the world’s fifth deadliest school massacre.Pakistan Army and Govt should learn lessonsThe Pakistan Government, which is a puppet of the Pakistan army and ISI, should at least now learn lessons and shun the policy of grooming terrorism. This policy has hurt Pakistan deeply. But Pakistan continues to use terror as state strategy and state policy.Terrorists groomed in Pakistan have destroyed global peace and prosperity. They are the results of the ideology of hate being taught by states like Pakistan.Pakistan uses terror as state strategy and state policyKashmir valley too got rattled by these monsters of hate. They brought terror and violence to our beloved valley and destroyed peace. Those who put their faith in Pakistan should take lessons from these dastardly episodes and follow the path of peace and prosperity. This attack again shows how much need it is to clear terrorism and hate from mindsets and ensure peace and harmony. The elements of hate are being effectively fought in Kashmir post abrogation of Article 370, and it should be continued with iron hand.UN list describes Pakistan as “terrorist safe haven”India has paid a heavy price for Pakistan-sponsored terror. The world acknowledges the role of Pakistan in nurturing and spreading terror. Osama bin Laden, the leader of al-Qaeda and global leader of terrorism, the mastermind behind the September 11 attacks on the United States in 2001, was killed by U.S. Navy SEALs during Operation Neptune Spear at his compound near the Pakistan Military Academy in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The United States’ ‘State Sponsors of Terrorism’ designation list describes Pakistan as a “terrorist safe haven” where individual terrorists and terrorist groups are able to organize, plan, raise funds, communicate, recruit, train, transit, and operate in relative security because of inadequate/supportive governance, political will, or both.Pakistan still harbours anti India terrorism and should at least now feel some shame after being bitten harshly by the snakes of terror on a daily basis. It is high time the Pakistan-sponsored agents of extremism in Kashmir are taught lessons of humanity and shun being supporters of terror and violence. The fate of Pakistan is a lesson for all elements of terror and extremism.
