The ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ (VBSY) marked a milestone as it successfully concluded its journey through all Municipal wards in Srinagar. Over nine days, the yatra engaged citizens, promoting the government’s flagship schemes, and reached 35 locations across the city.
The yatra aimed at achieving widespread implementation of Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS) and raising awareness about key initiatives. It covered prominent areas, fostering direct interaction between citizens and government departments. On-the-spot services, health check-ups, and Aadhaar card services were provided, enhancing the accessibility of government schemes.
Thousands of beneficiaries availed different CSSs, and the yatra witnessed significant pledge participation from the public and officials, affirming their commitment to India’s development.
