During the event, Amit Shah will e-inaugurate key cooperative infrastructure projects including the Milk Cooling Centre in Salempur (Bhiwani) and the HAFED Atta Mill at Jatusana (Rewari). He will also launch a digital portal showcasing activities under the International Year of Cooperatives 2025, and distribute RuPay Platinum Debit Cards to cooperative bank beneficiaries as well as registration certificates to Presidents of newly established multi-purpose PACS under Haryana KRIBHCO.
The deliberations will highlight affordable credit access, advanced agricultural knowledge, organic and climate-resilient farming, and modernization through cooperatives. Representatives from the Ministry of Cooperation, the Government of Haryana, KRIBHCO, national and state-level cooperative bodies, and farmer organizations are expected to attend.
KRIBHCO officials said the conference will play a crucial role in strengthening cooperative institutions across India and providing a renewed direction to the country’s cooperative movement, reaffirming its pivotal role in achieving sustainable and inclusive agricultural growth.
