Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo was warmly welcomed by hundreds of employees as he arrived at the Srinagar Civil Secretariat, marking his first visit since assuming the post earlier this month.
Atal Dulloo, a 1989 Batch IAS officer with extensive service in J&K, has held significant roles in departments such as Health & Medical Education, Finance, Agriculture, and served as Deputy Commissioner in various districts.
Prior to becoming Chief Secretary, he served as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) in the Agriculture Production Department, contributing to the development of the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) aimed at revolutionizing the agricultural sector.
Upon his arrival at the Srinagar Secretariat, a large gathering of employees received Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, accompanying him to his office chamber.
During his visit, Atal Dulloo interacted with employees from different departments, inquiring about their work and the facilities available for the smooth functioning of official tasks. He also took a round of the Secretariat premises.
Accompanied by senior officials, including Commissioner Secretary Science & Technology, Commissioner Secretary Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Secretary Youth Services & Sports, Secretary Tourism and Culture, and Director Estates, Kashmir, Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo listened to the grievances of several delegations and promptly provided instructions for their resolution and speedy disposal.
