Pulwama//19Jan2024/In a significant move towards national recognition, Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, Dr. Basharat Qayoom (IAS), chaired a pivotal preparatory meeting at the Administrative Complex in Pulwama. The meeting aimed to streamline and showcase the remarkable achievements of Pulwama District under various Government schemes in anticipation of the esteemed Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration.The meeting, under the guidance of the Deputy Commissioner, focused on highlighting the District’s success in prominent schemes such as Har Ghar Jal Yojana, PMAY, Mission Indradhanush, PM-JAY, Ujjawala, PM-Svannidhi, Vishwakarma, Poshan, and others. Heads of different departments presented comprehensive overviews of their achievements, underlining Pulwama’s commitment to effective governance and public welfare.Recognizing the importance of accurately documenting these accomplishments, the Deputy Commissioner directed concerned departments to ensure meticulous preparation.
