BuzzBytes Reasi, December 22, 2023- The District Industries Centre (DIC) Reasi organized an awareness program to enlighten the public about the benefits and opportunities offered under the Central Sector Scheme, PM Vishwakarma Scheme. GM DIC Mohammad Anwar Banday led the initiative, aiming to empower local artisans and craftsmen.
The awareness program provided an overview of the scheme, which includes a toolkit incentive of Rs.15,000, Rs.500 per day during training, and credit facilities up to Rs.2 lakh at a concessional interest rate of 5%. The event facilitated on-the-spot registration, enrolling 30 beneficiaries under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme.
