BuzzBytes Kathua, December 22, 2023 – Government Girdhari Lal Dogra Memorial Degree College Hiranagar paid homage to Bhaakh Queen Krishna Kumari and eminent Dogri Scholar, Dr. Shiv Dev Singh Manhas to mark the Dogri Recognition Day. Organized under the supervision of College Principal Dr. Pragya Khanna and HOD Dogri Department Ganga Sharma, the event highlighted the achievements of these icons in Dogri culture and heritage.
Addressing the attendees, HOD Dogri Department spoke about the powerful voice and emotional journey of Bhaakh Queen Krishna Kumari and shared her experience as one of the students of Dr. Manhas, emphasizing his expertise in various aspects of Dogri literature.
