He stated, “Women and youth have emerged as active Charioteers of Vikas Rath, passionately spreading awareness about various government schemes.” This collaborative spirit of Jan Bhagidari, according to LG Sinha, is pivotal in ensuring the effective implementation of government initiatives, reaching even the remotest corners of the Union Territory.
