| January 26, 2024The 75th Republic Day resonated with enthusiasm and patriotic fervor at the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Srinagar Wing. The National Flag was unfurled by Justice Atul Sreedharan, Judge of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, who also took the salute during the March Past, accompanied by the playing of the National Anthem and patriotic tunes by the Band.The event was graced by the presence of Justice Sanjay Dhar, another esteemed Judge from the High Court of J&K and Ladakh. Mohammad Yousuf Wani, Member of J&K Special Tribunal, Srinagar; Jawad Ahmad, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar; Farooq Ahmad Bhat, Registrar Judicial Srinagar Wing, police and administration officers, Senior Additional Advocate Generals, and other law officers, as well as officers and officials from the Srinagar Wing of the Hon’ble High Court, attended the celebration.Simultaneously, within the premises of the Tribunal at Srinagar, Mohammad Yousuf Wani, District & Sessions Judge and Member (Judicial) of the Tribunal, hoisted and unfurled the National Flag. The event at the Tribunal was attended by officers, officials, and CRPF personnel of B-28 BN.Addressing the gathering, the chief guest emphasized the significance of Republic Day, recalling the historic moment in 1950 when India became a Republic and adopted its own Constitution. He highlighted the sacrifices of freedom fighters, urging collective efforts for the development, prosperity, integrity, and sovereignty of the country.
