Kupwara August G.M. Malik (DO) Police Post Taad Karnah has been conferred with the prestigious Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Excellence in Service in recognition of his exemplary service, professional commitment, and relentless efforts in combating the drug menace
The award was presented by the SSP Kupwara during the ongoing 100-day campaign against drugs Malik’s sustained efforts in creating awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse taking effective action against drug peddlers and motivating youth to pursue a positive and productive path have earned widespread appreciation from the administration and the local community
Throughout his tenure Malik has demonstrated a high degree of professionalism integrity, dedication and commitment to public service. His approachable nature, prompt response, and proactive engagement with the community have further strengthened public confidence in the police.
The recognition also acknowledges his timely and effective handling of law-and-order situations and his proactive role in ensuring peaceful and smooth Independence Day arrangements in the border area of Taad Karnah
