KULGAM, DECEMBER 19: The approval of the Hallan-Chiranbal road linking remote communities in the Hallan Chiranbal area is poised to be a game-changer, fostering tourism and providing a safe route for migratory people. Executive Engineer R&B Division D.H.Pora highlighted the transformative impact of this connectivity approved under NABARD RIDF. Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din-Bhat (IAS), emphasized that the road would offer all-weather connectivity to Hallan and surrounding areas. Chiranbal, known for its meadows and adventure opportunities, holds potential for tourism, fishing, rafting, and photography. The district administration expressed gratitude for government approval and anticipated early completion of the ambitious road project.
