He emphasized the significance of senior government officials engaging directly with the people to understand and address their issues promptly. Stressing on the importance of time-bound redressal, he urged officers to ensure swift resolution of public grievances. Furthermore, he emphasized the need for the effective implementation of Centrally Sponsored Schemes on the ground, ensuring visible impacts for overall development and welfare. Saurabh Bhagat also advocated for the saturation of Social Security Schemes by encompassing all eligible beneficiaries.During the camp, Saurabh Bhagat, along with district officers, actively interacted with attendees to gain insights into their needs and challenges.Heads of various government departments, including Revenue, Police, Power, Health, Education, Public Works, Agriculture, and allied departments, were present to address sector-specific concerns raised during the public darbar.After listening to the grievances and demands of the public, the Commissioner Secretary sought on-the-spot responses from the concerned district officers. He assured the public that all genuine demands and issues brought to light during the camp would be prioritized for swift resolution.Commending the youth of Anantnag district for their increasing participation in entrepreneurship, Saurabh Bhagat highlighted the potential of entrepreneurship as an untapped source of economic growth. He encouraged youth to explore opportunities in sectors such as sheep farming, dairy farming, and trout fish farming, given the district’s favorable geographical location.Urging unemployed youth to leverage various government schemes, Saurabh Bhagat emphasized their role in contributing to the generation of dignified employment avenues and fostering economic growth in the district. He stressed the importance of community awareness regarding government initiatives for sustainable development and prosperity.Deputy Commissioner Anantnag, S F Hamid, affirmed that decisions taken during previous grievance redressal camps were being implemented diligently for public welfare. He reiterated the administration’s commitment to timely redressal of public grievances as a top priority.
