The initiative, a collaboration between the Quality Council of India (QCI) and the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), aims to assess and certify the digital readiness of MSME entities, fostering digital inclusion and expanding their capabilities in the evolving e-commerce landscape.The DRC portal offers an online self-assessment tool enabling MSMEs to evaluate their preparedness for seamless onboarding as sellers on the ONDC platform. This strategic move is poised to enhance their digital capabilities, opening up new avenues for business growth.Designed with meticulous attention, the DRC portal ensures a streamlined seller journey, facilitating the seamless integration of MSMEs and small retailers into existing digitized workflows.
