Jammu 15 Feb 2024:In a significant event, former MP (Rajya Sabha) Shamsher Singh Manhas, along with Sunil Prajapati, State President BJP OBC Morcha, inaugurated a Mega Awareness Camp cum loan mela. The event, held at Lori Chak, Gho Manahasan, Jammu, was organized by Jammu Kashmir Women’s Development Corporation with the support of Vandani Kumari and Kala Chowdhary.Shamsher Manhas emphasized the importance of Mega awareness camps, highlighting the various opportunities available and guiding beneficiaries on how to maximize benefits from such schemes. He commended the initiatives under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, recognizing and supporting individuals with minimal recognition.Sunil Prajapati addressed the gathering of approximately 600 persons, praising the Prime Minister’s schemes that provide the right for individuals to receive training and support in their chosen fields. He encouraged beneficiaries to utilize government support and embark on their entrepreneurial journeys.Shashikant provided detailed insights into schemes such as Term Loan Schemes, Virasat Scheme, Micro Finance Scheme, and Education Loan Schemes. Vandana Kumari expressed her belief that these schemes would empower women and contribute to the socio-economic upliftment of the poor and weaker sections across different categories.
