Danish Mirza ANANTNAG, Dec 25:
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) marked a significant milestone as it launched its urban expedition in Dooru, Anantnag. The initiative aims to bring government schemes closer to citizens and foster positive change in urban communities.
The inaugural event at Govt. Higher Secondary School Dooru set the stage for a series of Jan Bhagidari events, including “Meri Kahani Meri Zubani” sessions and interactions with beneficiaries. These programs showcased community-centered initiatives focused on promoting well-being.
VBSY facilitated on-the-spot connections to schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, free health check-ups, Aadhaar card registration, and PM SVANidhi scheme registration. SDM Dooru emphasized the Yatra’s objective of raising awareness about government schemes and policies, aligning with Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi’s vision for a well-rounded and developed nation.
This nationwide initiative has already made a profound impact in Anantnag District, fostering connections and positive change in tribal districts and rural areas since November 25th. The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra continues to illuminate and empower citizens about Central Government’s flagship schemes, contributing to the transformation of society.
