Danish Mirza KULGAM, JANUARY 24:Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan, chaired a meeting at the mini-secretariat to review the arrangements for the OMR-based written examination for the post of Accounts Assistant (Finance) by J&K Service Selection Board. The exam is scheduled for January 28, 2024, in the district.During the meeting, the ADC provided an update on the status of arrangements at the 35 examination centers set up across the district. Various aspects of the examination process, including security, logistics, safekeeping of examination materials, traffic management, and the role of manpower, were discussed.The DC emphasized that ensuring free, fair, and transparent exams is the top priority and instructed officers to put elaborate arrangements in place. Heads of institutions were directed to ensure proper arrangements at exam centers, including heating facilities.The meeting, attended by ADC Viqar Ahmad Giri, CEO, Center Superintends, Magistrates, and other concerned officers, demonstrated the commitment to conducting a smooth and secure examination process.
