In a significant gathering at the Defence Services Staff College in Wellington, Tamil Nadu, the former Director-General of Police (DGP) of Jammu and Kashmir, Dilbagh Singh, participated in an internal security seminar.

The seminar, a convergence of distinguished minds in the realm of national security, saw the presence of eminent figures including Joint Secretary NSCS, DGP Assam, Additional Director of Intelligence Bureau (Jammu and Kashmir), and other high-ranking officers.
