Ganderbal Police Seizes Illegally Acquired Property of Absconders Linked to PoK/PAK

Bilal GANDERBAL, December 06:* In adherence to Government Order no.12/DM/GBL, Ganderbal Police, in collaboration with revenue authorities, has attached immovable property belonging to four absconders who exfiltrated to PoK/PAK illegally.

On December 5th, the properties of the following absconders were seized:

1. Lateef Khan @Sajad, son of Kishwar Khan, residing in Gutlibagh (Land measuring 13 Marlas attached).

2. Mohammad Hussain Shah, son of Aitibar Shah, residing in Wayil Gutlibagh (Land measuring 03 Kanals, 14 Marlas attached).

3. Wali-ullah, son of Mohammad Abdullah Khan, residing in Gutlibagh (Land measuring 13 Kanals attached).

Similarly, on December 6th, the property of another absconder, Farooq Ahmad Wani, son of Ghulam Nabi Wani, residing in Wanipora Saloora Ganderbal, was attached. The seized property includes land measuring 01 Kanal 05 Marla under Survey No. 423 Min, along with a building situated at Estate Saloora.

All four absconders have been reported to have exfiltrated to PoK/PAK for illegal arms and ammunition training. The police action is in pursuance of Case FIR No. 120/2009 2/3 E&IMCO of PS Ganderbal, demonstrating a resolute stance against individuals involved in such activities.
